Changing Hydraulic Oil in your Spray Foam Machine

What you need to know before changingย hydraulic oil is when operating in ambientย temperature recommendations ofย 0 to 90ยฐFย (-17 to 32ยฐC)ย frequencyย is about 1000 hoursย orย 12 months, whichever comes first and/or inย ย 90ยฐF and above (32ยฐC and above) 500ย hours or 6 months, whichever comes first.

NOTE: After changing hydraulic oil and upon starting motor, hydraulicย pumpsย may make a screeching noiseย until primed. If this noise continues forย more than 30 seconds, switch offย motor control and contactย your machine manufacturer.โ€‹โ€‹
