You can use Spray Foam around Ductwork! Spray foam can insulate ducts, fill gaps and cracks, and improve HVAC efficiency while preventing condensation. Just prep the surface, clean the ducts, seal all joints and make sure you’re in a well-ventilated and temperature area. Then apply the foam uniformly across the surface in light coats, around 1/3”, and you have a well sprayed vent!
