That’s a Wrap for the 2026 Midwest Spray Foam Show

SprayWorks Equipment was again, the proud event sponsor and host for the 2026 Midwest Spray Foam Show, which had the unique honor of hosting several national top brands as well as local regional tradesmen and women within the Spray Foam Insulation and Commercial Roofing sector of construction. The goal each year is to continue to build a tradition of excellence as well as encompass all faucets within the SPF, commercial coatings and roofing industry. The show was created and designed to fill a noticeable gap for contractors seeking professional growth without the high travel costs and ticket fees of national conventions, and this year did not disappoint.

Event History

Launched with its inaugural show back in 2019, The Midwest Spray Foam Show was held at SprayWorks and Trail Sprayer headquarters located in Canton, Ohio. The show itself started as a local SPF contractor appreciation day and has grown to the point of being a stand-alone alternative to other costly and high-time investment national conventions. While it was created to fill a geographical gap in convention coverage for local contractors, it also maintains its trend of being a zero-cost event, making it a feasible yet equally educational, localized experience in a time when operating costs are trending on the upswing. It targets an audience of independent rig owners, regional commercial outfits, and spray foam businesses looking for high-tier professional growth close to home. Following the successful debut, the event expanded into the new 62,000-square-foot SprayWorks warehouse located in the heart of Canton, Ohio, giving the event the space it needed to highlight custom rig builds, host industry equipment giants such as Graco, Enverge, PMC, and No-Burn Inc., as well as host prominent industry guest speakers from across the nation.

Core Offerings and Evolution

From its inception, the show’s structure has focused on low-cost, high-value education and networking. Key historical milestones and features include:

  • SPFA Partnership – As a long-term member of the SPFA, SprayWorks collaborates closely with the SPFA. The day prior to the Expo was reserved for official PCP Certification Training.
  • Hands-On Training & Tech Tips – Early iterations emphasized live equipment troubleshooting, mastering material job-site ratios, and rig maintenance.
  • Business Growth -Beyond technical training, the show features various breakout sessions dedicated to accuratly estimating quotes, lead generation, and marketing your spray foam business. This year’s guest speakers list was filled with industry experts, each with their own respective expert session that filled seats and captured the audience.

Guest Speakers included

  • John Davidson, Partner, SprayWorks Equipment Group, who discussed “Building What’s Next: Knowledge, Innovation & Opportunity in Spray Foam”
  • Mark Estrada with No-Burn Inc., who highlighted the “benefits of Intumescent Coatings”
  • Domenick Mastascusa with Graco, who discussed “Spray Foam Equipment Insights: Technology, Performance & Best Practices.”
  • Dudley J Primeaux II, AMPP: PCS, CCI, Certified Instructor, shared a presentation on a “25-Year Marine Saltwater Immersion: Polyurea Technology Concrete Tank Lining Case Study” and the findings.
  • Robert Naini, Spray Foam Advisor, sparked up an in depth chat about the importance of “Knowing Your Numbers Before You Bid” and was generously sponsored by Enverge.
  • Tom Harris, CEO PUR Consulting, joined the chat with a presentation expertly named “Validation – Not Just For Equipment.”
  • Tim Newmeyer & Nathaniel Klostreich of PMC wrapped up the breakout sessions with a discussion on full “System Troubleshooting”

At the end of the day, we could not have done this without the amazing efforts of our staff, the amazing vendors, guest speakers, and, of course, our sponsors. What started out a few short years ago as a simple customer appreciation day has truly bloomed like perfectly mixed spray foam into an established regional highlight of an often overlooked but vital industry. We encourage you to give us feedback on your experience in the comments below as well as why you chose the “foam-life.” See you next year – and quite possibly even more of you… Lunch is on us.
