How to replace a GHO Pump Upper Air Gasket?

Transfer Pumps can be a tricky item to replace parts, leaving you with small parts and confused on where to place them. In this Fix-It Friday, John Davidson shows how to replace the Gasket Upper or Upper Air Gasket on a PMC GHO Transfer Pump. The same anatomy can be applied to Graco Transfer Pumps and IPM Transfer Pumps.

This video explores the structure of the Transfer Pump and how to properly take it apart without damaging the Upper Air Cylinder and associated parts.

Often times, the Upper Gasket would need to be replaced if the air is being displaced out of the center of the Air Piston during the down stroke. Watch the video below to learn how to properly replace these parts.
