- Mechanical – Robust internal mixing design requires more wear parts, but delivers the widest range of output to mix ratio. - Liquid – same principle as the air purge with an added liquid shot cleaner into the chamber with each trigger pull, to minimize mixing chamber build-up.
The mixing chamber must be kept clean in order to ensure consistent sprays and to keep the correct formula of materials.
Size
Mixing chambers on both the PMC spray guns and Graco spray guns should be suited to the size of the job you need to do. Obviously, the bigger the chamber the more material applied during spray time. Also, the newcomer to the market PMC spray guns comes complete with a quality polyurethane spray gun and an extension pole, granting you 10 feet of reach without the need for scaffolding or other assistance.
