Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The SprayWorks Equipment mobile message service, referred to in these terms as the “Service,” is operated by Sprayworks Equipment Group, LLC, doing business as SprayWorks Equipment Group (“SprayWorks,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Your participation in the Service is subject to these Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms. Updated Mobile Terms will become effective when posted. Your continued participation in the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
Program Description
By expressly consenting to the SprayWorks text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from or on behalf of SprayWorks Equipment Group at the mobile telephone number you provided.
Messages may include:
- Event announcements, confirmations, reminders and schedule updates;
- Information about training opportunities, products and services;
- Promotions, giveaways, discounts and special offers;
- Customer service and support communications; and
- Other SprayWorks Equipment Group news and updates.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of reserving event tickets, purchasing products or services, or otherwise doing business with SprayWorks Equipment Group. Participation in the Service is voluntary.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with SprayWorks Equipment Group and the programs for which you have subscribed.
SprayWorks Equipment Group does not charge you to participate in the Service. However, message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan. You are responsible for all fees and charges imposed by your wireless provider. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel your participation in the Service at any time by replying STOP to a text message from SprayWorks Equipment Group.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, no additional marketing messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or initiate further communication with us.
If you subscribe to more than one SprayWorks Equipment Group messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately by following the instructions provided for that program.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from SprayWorks Equipment Group email communications.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of messages by your wireless provider and is outside SprayWorks Equipment Group’s control.
You agree to provide a valid mobile telephone number that you own or are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should opt out before discontinuing use of the number and subscribe again using your new number.
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. STOP or HELP requests sent to an outdated or discontinued number may not be received.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have authorization from the account holder to enroll the number.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SprayWorks Equipment Group will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of messages; errors or omissions in message content; interruptions to the Service; or actions taken or not taken in reliance on information delivered through the Service.
Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.
