Jim Davidson

Jim Davidson is the Managing Partner at SprayWorks Equipment Group. He has 50 years of experience in the spray foam industry and has worked alongside many of the industry pioneers. Jim has designed and created industry equipment such as; Spraybot, Barrel Blazer, Roboliner and Polybot - among others.

John Davidson

John Davidson is the VP of Operations at SprayWorks Equipment Group and is an SPFA PCP Certified Roofing and Insulation Installer, Roofing and Insulation Project Manager, and Supplier Rep. With over 30 years of experience in the spray foam and polyurea industry, John brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. He has worked on commercial and residential buildings, bridges and infrastructure.

Use the Correct Mixing Chamber & PCT Combo

AP-EXWhen using the AP-EX extension gun in 16” on center stud wall type spray application – try using PMCs – 00X Mixing Chamber and PCT combination. (PN# KT-814-00X) Set your spray foam machine around 1,000 PSI on you’re A and B gauges. This will allow for further extended control of the AP-2s quick change mixing spray head.

Graco T3 Transfer Pump Packing

Graco T3 Retaining NutAs a general rule, the shaft area of your Graco T3 Pump should be checked, cleaned and lubricated every three to six months. When you get a new T3 Pump and during these checks, run about 20 gallons of material. Afterwards, tighten the packing nut by hand and then use the included spanner wrench to tighten an additional 1/8 to 1/4 turn.
